EFFECTS OF COVID-19 ON SHIPPING AND ORDERS

While we are as committed as ever to make your dining experience to be special and memorable, we also understand that we are in unprecedented times. We are doing our best to maintain our shipping schedules, but we anticipate there may be delays in order processing and shipping. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Due to COVID-19 safety precautions in our warehouse, orders may take 20 days to receive.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for a few additional days in transit prior to delivery. If we anticipate a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur around public holidays or be caused at other times due to unforeseen circumstances. We do our best to provide timely delivery to all our customers.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped. The email will include your tracking number(s) which is activated within 24 hours of dispatch.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

www.thecrockeryhut.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

In case your order is damaged during transit, kindly email us at info@thecrockeryhut.com within the first 24 hours of receiving the item. Please include a photo of the damaged product(s) along with your email. Unfortunately, we cannot entertain emails or photos sent more than a day after the product has been delivered.

International Shipping Policy

If you wish to order from outside India, special delivery and handling fees will be applicable. In such a case please email us directly at info@thecrockeryhut.com to place an order or to make enquiries.

Returns and Refunds

We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for any order. In case you have received a damaged item, you can send us a photo of the product(s) at info@thecrockeryhut.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will review the case and replace the damaged item if necessary.
